5,000 years ago the Chinese dedicated themselves passionately to the study of the hands and how to read them in relation to health and well-being. Hands are sensitive and their skin is the first to show signs of ageing. In line with this, Rituals has created a collection that aims to give hands extra love, care and attention. The hand care collection comprises hand balms, hand lotions and a hand scrub.
Hand Lotions
Containing over 95% ingredients of natural origin, the hand lotion lightly coats hands and cuticles with the delicate scent of either The Ritual of Karma, Ayurveda, Sakura or Samurai.
Hand Balms
The luxurious hand balm, containing over 95% natural ingredients, has been specially developed to soften and moisturise dry hands. It is available in The Ritual of Ayurveda, Happy Buddha, and Sakura.
Hand Scrub
The ultra-softening hand scrub is enriched with the mild and nourishing properties of sweet almond oil and the delicate, soothing aroma of Indian rose. The Ritual of Ayurveda hand scrub leaves a fine oily layer behind on skin, moisturising and leaving hands supple.

The ancient Taoists believed that the face records the past, reflects the present and forecasts the future. In particular, the mouth is regarded as a symbol of people’s fortune. It should never appear dry, as this represents a drying up of luck. With this in mind, Rituals has designed a collection which enhances lips’ appearance and nourishes them.
The Fortune Balm – Colour
The Fortune Balms are natural and ultra-nourishing tinted lip balms, enriched with shea butter and aloe vera. An exclusive blend of rich oils – including olive oil, jojoba oil and coconut oil – helps moisturise the lips, while the antioxidants in grapeseed oil and Vitamin E help smooth and protect against the damaging effects of free radicals. The 100% natural formula moisturises, protects and softens dry and damaged lips. Consumers can choose from a nude or coloured balm.
The Fortune Balm – SPF & Repair
The Fortune Balm – SPF 30 provides targeted nourishment and UVA/UVB protection for the lips. The durable, water-resistant formula offers a protective shield against damaging sun rays and the damaging effects of free radicals. The balm is enriched with an exclusive blend of rich oils – including olive oil, jojoba oil and coconut oil – to help moisturise the lips, while the antioxidants in grapeseed oil and Vitamin E help smooth the skin and protect against ageing and pollution.
The Fortune Balm – Sugar Polish
The Fortune Balm – Sugar Polish is infused with natural sugar crystals and shea butter to leave lips feeling silky smooth. The natural sugar crystals remove dead skin cells from the lips and buff away dry flakes, while the shea butter nourishes the skin. The Sugar Polish contains the natural antioxidant vitamin E and leaves lips feeling soft, hydrated and primed for lip balm or lipstick. Rituals recommends using the Sugar Polish 2-3 times a week.
The Fortune Balm – Rescue Balm
The Fortune Balm – Rescue Balm contains a natural formula based on natural emollients, waxes and oils to help care for sun-damaged lips while moisturising them at the same time. The combination of shea butter and vitamin E intensely nourishes dry and cracked lips.
