Coccinelle bags rooftop views of Milan in new campaign

Bags with a view. The new Coccinelle campaign – with its stunning aerial images of Milanese rooftops, the Duomo Cathedral, bell towers and the pulsing heart of the Italian fashion capital – is a story about friendship, luminous, multifaceted femininity, and complicity.

Shot by New York photographer Billy Kidd and interpreted by new top models Agnes Akerlund and Aiden Curtiss, the girl-meets-girl photos naturally express the spirit of the Coccinelle collection for next fall and winter.

The protagonists are the Arlettis mini shoulder bag with bellows construction, a must-have style shown here in a colourful, pop patchwork version, and the new icon Ambrine, featuring retro-chic allure and luxury materials, from a lustrous golden version with Japanese flowers and neo-vintage fabric to an eel-skin print and vibrant colours.

With joie de vivre and a free spirit, a penchant for beauty, ladylike touches and positive vibes, everything focuses on subtle contrasts and a fine balance of styles with vintage moods and contemporary functions. But the attitude is as deliberate, specific and distinctive as an urban skyline.
