DFS Group in partnership with City of Dreams Macau presented its eleventh annual Masters of Wines and Spirits (MOWS) exhibition at T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams for the second consecutive year on March 17, 2023.
The exhibition featured a bespoke collection of more than 100 of the world’s rarest fine wines, spirits and Champagnes along with this year’s new additions, Rum and Tequila, from 50 world-renowned brands and houses. A weekend of prestigious events launched this year’s Masters of Wines and Spirits, which celebrates the pinnacle of the industry’s craftsmanship and the extensive expertise of DFS’ merchant team by curating a one-of-a kind collection of the world’s best wines and spirits.
On Friday evening, esteemed media guests joined an intimate welcome dinner at the French bistro in City of Dreams’ iconic Morpheus hotel, L’ATTITUDE – the winner of the Award of Excellence 2022 by Wine Spectator. A bespoke menu was specially designed for the connoisseurs, highlighting the restaurant’s contemporary twist on French cuisine and the season’s finest produce.
With the theme of “Elevate Your Senses”, over 300 guests were then invited to a spectacular gala event at Morpheus on March 18 for an immersive and interactive journey to explore the universe of DFS’ Masters of Wines and Spirits. Spanning two floors, DFS transformed the venue into six zones, featuring Moët Hennessy Diageo brands, Champagne, Single Malt Whisky, Cognac, Wine and other spirits where guests interacted with the world’s leading brands and their ambassadors for an evening of entertainment.
This year’s event also featured exceptional masterclasses and educational tastings by master distillers, blenders, wine makers and ambassadors from four iconic brands – The Macallan, Hennessy, Dictador and Penfolds, sharing their industry insights and knowledge to inspire guests.

The Masters of Wines and Spirits pop-up, housed exclusively at City of Dreams Macau, is now open to the public. Visitors can delve into details about the masterpieces with detailed anecdotes and facts, while the collection will be available for tourists and shoppers at T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams from March to April. Throughout this period, special activations and product displays will be showcased across the store.
