The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has announced that it has acquired By Kilian, the Paris-based fragrance brand.
Founded in 2007 by Kilian Hennessy, By Kilian has built a passionate global following with its distinctive emphasis on sensuous olfactive storytelling.
