Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has introduced airport shopping ambassadors to help travellers with their retail and dining needs.
The ambassadors are stationed at key locations within HKIA’s retail areas, advising on shopping and dining offerings at the airport. They are trained to provide helpful advice or last-minute shopping recommendations, as well as hot picks, latest promotions and dining options.
“Our Airport Shopping Ambassadors are experts on the shopping and dining offerings at HKIA, providing advice and help on last-minute shopping options, delightful food options, hot picks in town, and latest promotions. The Ambassadors can even recommend shopping and dining itineraries that are tailor-made to your needs.”
The airport has also established an online version of the service, allowing travellers to receive personalised shopping and dining itineraries online by filling in the airport shopping ambassadors enquiry page on HKIA’s website. Enquirers can expect a response within 48 hours.
