Larios, Spain’s first and best-selling Gin, has announced the launch of Larios Provenzal – the first travel retail exclusive from the 150-year-old brand.
The limited-edition gin, inspired by the unique spirit and essence of the Mediterranean, will be available exclusively at Dufry’s airport stores in Spain.
Available since Wednesday 9th October, Larios Provenzal is made using four unique distillations of wild juniper and a selection of fresh Mediterranean citrus fruits. The traditional dry gin is the perfect balance of botanicals with notes of rosemary, thyme, sage and coriander – symbolising the freshness and quality of its Spanish heritage in Malaga.
Unlike other gins which use fermented grains, Larios is produced from corn to give the liquid a smoother profile. It also only uses the ‘heart’ of the distilled liquid to ensure a clearer and palatably sweet aftertaste.
The smooth and refreshing liquid is best served with a twist of lemon, basil, tonic water and ice – helping to transport drinkers to the Mediterranean while reminding them to enjoy life’s everyday pleasures no matter where they are in the world.
