Cartier has transformed its boutique at T Galleria by DFS, Macau, City of Dreams, into a contemporary, omnichannel and social-shareable retailtainment experience that is inspired by the luxury Maison’s new ‘LOVE IS ALL’ campaign.

The immersive environment embodies the values of Cartier – those of aspiring to celebrate love and share beauty in the spirit of generosity. Blending brand discovery, gifting and interactive elements with the spirit of the season, the ‘LOVE IS ALL’ experience is open now at the boutique and will spread a sense of joy across key gifting periods until April 2022.

The multi-layered Cartier experience begins on arrival at the boutique, which is audaciously wrapped as a signature red Cartier box – echoing the chic, striking and timeless design that was first imagined at the outset of the Maison almost 175 years ago. The journey starts with clients accessing an immersive Augmented Reality (AR) experience on their mobile in which a signature red Cartier gifting ribbon flies across the boutique’s façade. The boutique experience is further amplified through a WeChat mini program that engages and inspires traveling clients before, during and after their trip to Macau.

Unwrapping the red-box boutique, clients are invited to explore Cartier’s diverse selection of leather goods, fragrances, lifestyle objects, watches and jewelry icons through several engaging retailtainment elements. Enhancing the shopping experience, the omnichannel journey includes: the ‘Cartier Profile’ application that reveals clients’ personalized Cartier product recommendations; an interactive lighting wall game that immerses clients into the Cartier fragrance universe and delights them with a surprise presented with love; and the Cartier Karaoke Box that entices clients to sing along to the ‘LOVE IS ALL’ campaign track, featuring the friends of the Maison, and to share their videos through social media.
