MAC and Jade Jagger collaborate on Rock ‘n’ Roll-Inspired beauty collection

Model and jewellery designer Jade Jagger has teamed up with MAC Cosmetics for a brand-new collaboration, launching in December…

The line, inspired by rock ‘n’ roll, features everything from four-pan compact eyeshadows in shades of taupe, dark grey and teal, as well as bronze shimmers, to lipsticks and universal blushes. The collection is neutral and simple to wear, but still includes a unique pop of colour and shine that is perfect for any day or night look.

The products fall under MAC’s Mineralize family, which offers lightweight formulas enriched with a rich, proprietary 77-mineral ferment complex. Jojoba oil works to help the powders feel creamy upon application.

The shimmering, coppery-olive packaging each product is encased in further echoes the jewel-inspired theme. “My love of gold and precious metals, jewel-like tones all come through in the collaboration. The reflective qualities you can see in the eyeshadow quads, the glamour in the lipsticks are reflective of my own brand,” Jagger says. Rock ‘n’ roll makeup obsessives — pick your poison.

The Jade Jagger x MAC collection releases from December 14 at selected MAC locations (watch out on duty-free counters at major airports over the Christmas holiday period).
