Offering new experiences to its travellers, Mumbai Duty Free brings LEGO store to its Departure store at Mumbai International Airport.

Mumbai Duty Free proudly announces the launch of its specialized concept retail store with the LEGO® brand. The first in Indian sub-continent, this Lego shop-in-shop (SIS) is housed in the main departure store of Mumbai International Airport’s Departure terminal.

With an endeavour to constantly offer newness to our customers & Mumbai travellers, MDF strategically planned to work on this concept in 2019 itself to launch it timely just before the seasonal & festive travel picks up. With the early success seen in this partnership, the brand plans to expand its presence to multiple airports of India already.

Available at duty-free pricing, the brand will offer more than 300 skus with a special launch promotion of Free giveaways on minimum spend of INR 3000.

Based on the iconic LEGO brick, the LEGO Group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of play materials. The name ‘LEGO’ is an abbreviation of the two Danish words “leg godt”, meaning “play well”.

LEGO Travel Retail is partnering with Mumbai Duty Free to launch the first duty free shop in shop (SIS) in India subcontinent. This SIS will offer premium retail experience to the traveller whether it is families with children or even adults who are looking for a treat. The SIS boasts of a broad range of products from LEGO® DUPLO® for the pre-school children, to the reality based play themes LEGO City and LEGO Friends to the sophisticated LEGO Technic vehicles and everything in between.
