    On February 17, 2016 in Duty Free Shop in Beijing, China I purchased Dior Addict fragrance from Christmas edition. Opened it a few days ago to find out that the fragrance lasts less than 15 minutes, this is ridiculous. They sold me a fake perfume!!!

    On the 28th April we purchased some perfume from your store at Shanghai airport. We gave the teller 100 RMB and as we were in a hurry we did not see that he had not taken the amount off the bill. We inadvertently signed for the wrong amount (the full amount) in error. Is there something we can do please. I have the invoice. It has only come on my credit card yesterday so this is why i have only contacted you now. Thank you Raille Galgut

      Hi Raille – sorry to hear of your difficulties at Shanghai duty free – unfortunately we are not the retailer so you will need to contact Sunrise Duty Free directly – their website is not great but you may be able to find a contact point here

    Hello, I have bought L’Oreal cream set from your store at the Beijing Capital International Airport on 2017.02.14. I tried to pay two times with the visa card, but the sales assistant told me that the payment failed and I had to pay in cash. So I paid duly in cash for the purchase. However, after I return home, I noticed that it has been charged twice from my visa card.
    Therefore, I ended up paying three times for the same item, which is outrageous and I would like to have it corrected soonest. I have not been asked to sign any paper for visa card processing, neither I inserted my pin. So now who I should contact to get this corrected? I wrote to an email of sunrise duty store which was on the receipt but there is no reply.
