There’s a forest in Warsaw airport?

The Żubrówka Bison Grass Zone has been launched in the new terminal at Chopin Airport, Warsaw. Located in the Aelia duty free store, the new Zubrowka Bison Grass zone looks set to become a major attraction for passengers.

The Żubrówka Zone, arranged across 30 square metres enables passengers to feel like they are in the Białowieża Forest, the ancient and remote location from where Żubrówka’ s 500 years of craftsmanship originates. Passengers enjoying the zone can relax amongst distinctive forest sounds and sights and embark on a journey into the mysterious world of Zubrowka.

“Żubrówka, which is our main product, is also the leader of the Polish duty-free market. As a representation of Polish culture, Żubrówka Bison Grass is chosen by passengers as a showcase of Poland. By inviting them to the Żubrówka Zone, we give them an opportunity to learn even more about our 500 years of tradition that we draw upon, and offer the taste and aroma that is appreciated all over the world,” comments Tomasz Jagieło, National Manager for Duty-Free Sales.

Żubrówka is one of the most famous and best-selling Polish brands all over the world and is available in over 80 countries outside of its homeland Poland. In 2014, Żubrówka became the seventh best-selling vodka brand and the fastest-growing brand in this category in the world.
