{"id":1279,"date":"2014-09-23T14:01:48","date_gmt":"2014-09-23T14:01:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dutyfreehunter.com\/blog\/?p=1279"},"modified":"2014-09-23T14:01:48","modified_gmt":"2014-09-23T14:01:48","slug":"next-open-london-stansted","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dutyfreehunter.com\/blog\/next-open-london-stansted\/","title":{"rendered":"Next to open at London Stansted"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fashion\u00a0retailer Next is set to open its largest tax-free store at London&#8217;s Stansted Airport next month.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The chain has secured a prime position in the \u00a380m transformation of the international departure lounge.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to both women&#8217;s and men&#8217;s fashion, the new store, set for take-off mid-October, will have the brand&#8217;s own range of children&#8217;s clothing, which is a first at any UK airport.<\/p>\n<p>Beth Brewster, Manchester Airports Group (MAG) retail director, said: &#8220;Our vision to transform Stansted was to offer a broader range of options for passengers and so to secure such a leading high street brand is a very exciting development.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;These are exciting times at Stansted and I&#8217;m delighted to welcome Next on board as they join the line up of global brands, new concepts and popular favourites getting involved with our multi-million pound development.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Iain Allsop, estates manager for Next said: &#8220;We&#8217;re extremely excited to be opening yet another airport store within the UK. Stansted is a fantastic airport with great facilities and we&#8217;re very pleased to be part of it.
