The Dalmore Valour<\/strong>, a blend of whiskies finished in American White Oak, 30-year-old Matusalem oloroso Sherry and Port pipe casks and initially released in 2013, is now included in the collection. Bottled at 40% abv, the expression retails at \u00a360\/\u20ac75 for one litre.<\/p>\nValour is joined by The Dalmore Regalis, Luceo and Dominium, all of which have slightly different finishes than previously disclosed.<\/p>\n
The Dalmore Regalis<\/strong> has been finished in American white oak and Amoroso Sherry casks, and offers given nosing and tasting notes of mulled wine, exotic fruits, marzipan, toffee, walnuts, pecan cake and Manuka honey.<\/p>\n\u2018Regalis\u2019 translates as \u2018royal\u2019 or \u2018regal\u2019, and relates to The Dalmore\u2019s 12-pointed stag motif. Bottled at 40% abv, the expression retails at \u00a367\/\u20ac91 for one litre.<\/p>\n
The Dalmore Luceo<\/strong> is finished in American white oak and Apostoles casks for notes of Cognac-soaked Madeira cake, tangy fruits, treacle tart, pistachios, Colombian coffee and Sanguinello blood oranges, says the brand.<\/p>\nLuceo means \u2018I shine\u2019 and is taken from the motto \u2018Luceo Non Uro\u2019 \u2013 or \u2018I shine, not burn\u2019 \u2013 of the Mackenzie clan, who formerly owned The Dalmore distillery. The expression retails at \u00a375\/\u20ac105 for one litre, bottled at 40% abv.<\/p>\n
The Dalmore Dominium<\/strong> completes the collection, and has been finished in American white oak and 30-year-old Matusalem Sherry casks. Given nosing and tasting notes include sandalwood, lemon tart, honey, caramel coffee, liquorice spice, Sherry-soaked raisins and banana cake.<\/p>\nDominium means \u2018dominium\u2019 or \u2018ownership\u2019, and refers to an incident in 1263 when a member of the Mackenzie clan saved the king from a charging stag. He was granted the use of the royal stag emblem as a reward. Bottled at 43% abv, the whisky retails at \u00a399\/\u20ac135 for 70cl.<\/p>\n

The Fortuna Mertias Collection \u2013 which translates as \u2018fortune favours the brave\u2019 \u2013 was launched on 7 June with Lagard\u00e8re Travel Retail at BuY Paris Duty Free, Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
