Diesel BAD\u00a0is the new masculine fragrance from Diesel, due\u00a0out mid-2016 this launch is announced as a daring and sophisticated, addictive and fresh woody fragrance.<\/p>\n

According to the brand BAD is the first scent that “combines notes of tobacco and caviar, discovering the fresh salty side of the woody scents territory.”<\/p>\n

\u201cDiesel BAD evokes brooding virility, and a certain sense of erotic mystery.” The inspiration for the new fragrance clearly lies in the romanticized stereotype of a \u201cbad boy”: “Rebellious. Irresistible. He\u2019s a black leather-clad magnet, attracting anything and anyone that comes his way. You can look but don\u2019t touch. He\u2019s a wildfire. He burns.”<\/p>\n

Perfumers Anne Flipo and Carlos Benaim made Bad to be “a game of seduction” that begins with an “exciting rush” of citrus and cool spice top notes. Pungent bergamot “bites” with freshness, revived by cardamom and lavender. Caviar gives a provocative and erotic touch \u201clike a trickle of sweat on a man\u2019s chiseled body.\u201d Masculine and rough notes of tobacco and orris root facilitate the heat of the composition.<\/p>\n

The face of the perfume is American actor and model Boyd Holbrook (see previous story<\/a>). The bottle design evokes a typical “bad boy” image, recalling the biker leather jacket. The texture that looks like leather is actually micro-engraved glass, using a technique developed by Pochet du Courval. The transparent “Bad” logo reveals the copper colour of the liquid.<\/p>\n
