Brit model\/actress and actor pair up for an 80’s themed Holidays campaign with lots of woolly jumpers…<\/p>\n

Cara Delevingne and British actor Matt Smith star in a new campaign for Burberry, captured by renowned photographer Alasdair McLellan. Cara has been working with the house since 2010, while this accounts for Smith\u2019s initial project with Burberry and first-ever fashion campaign.<\/p>\n

For Holiday 2017, Burberry went a little lo-fi, tapping campaign photographer Alasdair McLellan to shoot this very ’80s short starring house favorite Cara Delevingne and British actor Matt Smith. It opens with Delevingne singing “Always on My Mind” before segueing into the Pet Shop Boys cover of the song. Shot in black and white, Delevingne and Smith are both buttoned up \u2014 him in a suit with slicked back hair, she in a clear trench with an oversize crystal earring \u2014 and distant at first.<\/p>\n

But then the video changes to VHS-style color, and the two play with plenty of Burberry staples, like classic trench coats and cashmere scarves, all rendered in the iconic Burberry check that dominated the September 2017 runway.
