In celebration of the 2.5 million airport arrivals expected this Christmas, London’s Heathrow airport has collaborated with luxury British scarf designer, Karen Mabon, to create a limited edition \u2018\u2019 design for the airport.<\/p>\n


\nThe exclusive design will feature on a luxury silk scarf, 200 of which are available to passengers who make a purchase using Heathrow\u2019s complimentary personal shopping service in the airport throughout November and December. A limited number of the scarves are also available online at KarenMabon.com.<\/p>\n

Upon close inspection of the design, the eagle eyed may notice two lovable bears, Doris and Edward, who warmed our hearts in last year\u2019s first ever Heathrow Christmas ad.<\/p>\n

For those looking to add a special touch to gifts purchased across the airport, the design will also feature on a special edition free gift-wrap, plus gift bags and tags. The Christmas gift-wrapping service will be available to passengers who purchase gifts in any store across all terminals in exchange for an Oxfam donation between 18th November and 2nd January.<\/p>\n

Luxury scarf designer, Karen Mabon commented; \u201cI am thrilled to be working with Heathrow to design an exclusive print for the limited-edition scarf and gift wrap. I really enjoyed the design process which was inspired by the fact that Heathrow brings you closer to the ones you love – after all that\u2019s what makes Christmas special.\u201d<\/p>\n
