Louis Vuitton is readying the launch of new fragrance this March – here’s what we know so far…<\/p>\n

A year-and-a-half ago, Louis Vuitton relaunched its fragrance category with seven different perfumes that were released all at once. These seven fragrances, united by one commonality \u2014 every single one of them contains floral notes, are intensely feminine and designed to trace a journey of emotions.<\/p>\n

This year, the French maison is diving deeper into fragrances and will introduce a new perfume, Le Jour Se L\u00e8ve, in March. True to the scents that came before it, Le Jour Se L\u00e8ve, which translates to “daybreak”, also traces an emotional journey and is laced with floral notes.<\/p>\n

The nose behind the scent is none other than Louis Vuitton\u2019s master perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud, who also created the brand\u2019s seven existing fragrances. He is also the man behind iconic fragrances such as Issey Miyake\u2019s L\u2019Eau d\u2019Issey and Giorgio Armani\u2019s Acqua di Gio Pour Homme.<\/p>\n

Le Jour Se L\u00e8ve\u00a0is inspired by the morning\u2019s first rays and the freshness of daybreak. Bottling the optimism of a new day, the scent is a fruity-floral blend with a warm dry-down.\u00a0<\/span>The scent encompasses one of Belletrud\u2019s favourite notes, mandarin, as well as jasmine sambac \u2014 the same variety used for green teas in Asia.\u00a0There are also notes of magnolia, osmanthus and a tangy blackcurrant accord. The dry-down: A chorus of musks that give the fragrance warmth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Louis Vuitton’s Le Jour Se L\u00e8ve EDP will be available from 15 March 2018 at select Louis Vuitton<\/a> boutiques, as a 100ml bottle or a travel spray.<\/strong><\/p>\n
