Drinks giant Gruppo Campari is targeting the super-premium gin market with the launch of O\u2019ndina, made with fresh basil and 19 Italian botanicals.<\/p>\n
Crafted in Italy, O\u2019ndina is inspired by the \u201cglamour and carefree spirit\u201d of the Italian Riviera in the 1960s.<\/p>\n
Distilled in small batches, the gin is made with 19 Italian botanicals \u2013 including fresh basil from Liguria and citrus from southern Italy. The combination of botanicals is said to create a \u201crefreshing, herbaceous\u201d flavour.<\/p>\n
O\u2019ndina is recommended served in a gin and Mediterranean tonic, a Negroni, neat or over ice.<\/p>\n
