Le Clos, the award-winning fine wine and luxury spirits retailer, announced a major milestone with the opening of its latest stores at Dubai International (DXB) Terminal 1.<\/p>\n

Le Clos\u2019 eighth and ninth outlets are the first to be located within Arrivals and represent a significant opportunity for Le Clos to expand its mission of offering travellers accessible luxury through an exceptional duty-free experience.<\/p>\n

With a prime location in the Terminal 1 baggage claim area, the stores offer travellers a new and convenient Le Clos experience. For those already familiar with Le Clos, a hand-picked selection of more than 300 wines and over 80 whiskies will be available from which to choose.<\/p>\n

For those passengers discovering Le Clos for the first time, the experience is made even easier with Le Clos highlighting a carefully curated Five Bottle Selections box set which includes a selection of \u2018The World\u2019s most admired wines\u2019 and \u2018Great wines of Bordeaux, both representing an exciting opportunity to enjoy a fabulous selection of wines at an equally enjoyable price at only US$105 and take full advantage of their duty-free allowance.<\/p>\n

Whilst purchase on arrival will play an important role in the new stores\u2019 success, Le Clos will continue with its ambition to drive increased sales via its online Click & Collect service<\/a>. This service provides customers with an increased level of convenience and flexibility. They can browse at their leisure the constantly updated and evolving portfolio of over 1,200 products, then purchase from the comfort of home or the sky and seamlessly schedule the pick-up of goods when they arrive at Dubai International Airport from the new store.<\/p>\n

The addition of Le Clos\u2019 eighth and ninth airport store is very much in line with this objective.\u201d<\/p>\n

During the launch phase of the new stores, Le Clos will also offer a range of promotions and exclusives including \u2018two bottles of Billecart Salmon Non Vintage Brut for US$70 and 20% off a selection of Bordeaux wines. They will also feature wines from across the globe, including Tronquoy Lalande from Saint Estephe, home to some of Bordeaux\u2019s finest white wines, Italian icons such as Sassicaia and Ornellaia, Brunello di Montalcino as well as a range of Barolos. Rare and collectible wines from famous estates such as Ornellaia Bianco and a limited production Sauvignon Blanc will also be available.<\/p>\n

Le Clos\u2019 first dedicated whisky outlet features a great range of over 80 whiskies from around the world. With a range of Gold Medal\/Awards Winning whiskies from only US$33 and stunning Japanese whiskies from US$35 to some of the world\u2019s most sought-after bottles, such as The Macallan Fine and Rare 1937 at US$35,000 and a selection of unique bottles from the now closed Karuizawa distillery, there is something to suit all tastes and budgets.<\/p>\n
