Chanel is thrilling travellers\u00a0at Paris Charles de Gaulle airport with rare and\u00a0<\/span>exclusive, limited edition presentations of some of its most iconic fragrances.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Chanel<\/a> has introduced several exclusive new super-premium products at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport in collaboration with Lagard\u00e8re Travel Retail and Groupe A\u00e9roports de Paris (ADP).<\/p>\n

Headlining the new releases is the limited edition Gabrielle Chanel Grand Flacon Crystal<\/strong>\u00a0in a 900ml presentation. This exclusive edition comes in a solid Baccarat crystal bottle and in a case wrapped in white leather on the outside and gold leather on the inside. The perfume is composed of scents from four white flowers: jasmine, ylang-ylang, orange blossom and Grasse tuberose.<\/p>\n

Gabrielle Chanel was created by Chanel\u2019s in-house perfumer Olivier Polge. In tribute to the year of Gabrielle Chanel\u2019s birth only 83 bottles have been released of this 900ml presentation, each hand-engraved and uniquely numbered.<\/p>\n

DESIGN<\/strong><\/p>\n

A brilliant square – its four corners a mirror image of the four points of light that make up the luminous fragrance within. A rare collector\u2019s piece and a true objet d\u2019art, the monumental flacon is a masterpiece of crystal artistry. Hand blown, carved, sculpted and polished to perfection, the sumptuous Baccarat crystal bottle represents a symphony of excellence, a level of artistry achieved only by the hands of the most renowned artisans in France.<\/p>\n

Also now on sale through Lagard\u00e8re at the Parisian airport is Chanel N\u00b05 \u2013 Extract 225ml<\/strong>, a perfume featuring floral notes of May Rose and Jasmine. It is supplied in a \u201cmajestic faceted\u201d glass bottle and is nestled in a white satin-lined, artisan-crafted case.<\/p>\n

Another of the new releases at the French airport is Coco Mademoiselle \u2013 Extract 225ml<\/strong>, which also features notes of May Rose and Jasmine, this time enriched by \u201cprecious accents of Iris from Florence\u201d. Also bottled in faceted glass, the perfume comes with a \u201cfinal touch of sophistication\u201d; the bottle is nestled in a white case, trimmed and lined with satin, and protected with a sleeve that unfolds like the petals of a flower.<\/p>\n

The final new release is Chanel Sublimage \u2013 L\u2019Extrait de Cr\u00e8me<\/strong>, a beauty cream featuring Vanilla Planifolia, which Chanel claims can reduce the signs of ageing. Vanilla Planifolia is selected by Chanel Research from amongst 117 varieties of vanilla around the world.<\/p>\n
