Clarins introduces the Joli Rouge and Noir collection for Autumn 2018 – delivering luscious two-tone lipsticks and the essential tools for sexy smoky eyes.

This September will see Clarins launch its new Joi Rouge et Nior makeup collection, which features the new Joli Rouge Gradation lipstick, Supra Volume Mascara, and Waterproof Gel Eyeliner.<\/p>\n
