VISUAL IMPACT

Shot in a concrete structure in the Californian wilderness, the feminine allure of actress and House muse Jennifer Lawrence comes through powerfully in these new stills from the cruise campaign 2019, shot by photographer Viviane Sassen. Accompanying the actress, the silhouette of a horse evokes the collection’s equestrian inspiration.

NEW ESSENTIALS

Skirts embellished with embroideries or reinterpreted toile de Jouy motifs provide an unexpectedly perfect pairing to combat boots given a contemporary revisiting and called DiorCamp. Expressing an untamed femininity, these looks from the Cruise 2019 collection pay tribute to the poised and powerful discipline of the escaramuzas, the traditional Mexican horsewomen who proved such an inspiration to Maria Grazia Chiuri.
