Love is the most powerful force in the world. And today the world needs it more than ever. That is why Absolut Vodka’s new limited edition bottle is all about turning hate into love. They call it Absolut Drop, and it stands as a symbol for love and peace – and good spirits.

TURN HATE INTO LOVE

The ink printed on this bottle was taken from hate signs around the world and repurposed to spread a better message. Love. We hope this action will inspire others to turn hate into love and that they will feel that everyone can do something to make this world a better place.

WHAT DOES ABSOLUT DROP TASTE LIKE?

The vodka inside Absolut Drop is the classic Absolut Vodka, made exclusively from natural ingredient and with no added sugar. The taste is best described as full-bodied and complex, yet smooth and mellow with a distinct character of grain, followed by a hint of dried fruit.

THE ABSOLUT WAY OF MAKING VODKA

In 1879, Lars Olsson Smith introduced the continuous distillation with which he made Absolut Rent Brännvin. Instead of the usual three or four times, the vodka was distilled an infinite number of times. 100 years later, it was reintroduced as Absolut. Just as then, Absolut is produced in Åhus, L.O. Smith’s birth town. Also the place where the wheat used for making the vodka is grown. And since the way Absolut is made won’t change, neither will the true taste of vodka.
