Qatar Duty Free (QDF), in partnership with Penhaligon\u2019s, has recently opened the Global World Exclusive Made-to-Measure Penhaligon\u2019s Boutique at the state-of-the-art Hamad International Airport (HIA).<\/p>\n
\nLocated in the main retail atrium of HIA, the Made-to-Measure boutique showcases an extensive selection of fragrances for all passengers to experience. Customers can combine different base perfumes and essences with a Penhaligon\u2019s fragrance expert to create their unique scents. The fragrances are then packed in a customisable Penhaligon\u2019s signature 100ml bottle that comes with a certificate of authentication.<\/p>\n
