A first collaboration between Lacoste and Tyler, The Creator\u2019s clothing brand, has been launched – meet Lacoste \u00d7 GOLF LE FLEUR*. The collection is now available on Lacoste webstores \/ flagships and other selected retailers.<\/p>\n

The collaborative capsule from Tyler, the Creator’s GOLF le FLEUR* and Lacoste has been unveiled, and the pastel-infused collection depicts an aesthetic that successfully fuses French tennis culture and streetwear.<\/p>\n

The 16-piece capsule includes a range of pieces that epitomize this sweet spot, including bucket hats, tees, shorts, polos, sweatshirts, a track set, cardigan, and bomber jacket, all of which are unisex.<\/p>\n

Outsider. Polymath. Iconoclast. Bad boy. Just to name a few of Tyler, The Creator\u2019s many qualities. The California-based musician revered for his production and directing skills is also notorious for his offcentre creative statements, that also fittingly describe the unique outfits he puts together.<\/p>\n

\nIn line with the saturated, left field colorimetric blueprint favoured in his videos and performances, Tyler, The Creator cosigned a set of 16 garments for Lacoste \u00d7 GOLF le FLEUR that feature flat colour blocks reminiscent of 80s courtside hues.<\/p>\n

The colours themselves were renamed to express singularities produced by surprising multi-shades or complementary side tints. Don\u2019t say dusty pink, say \u201clitchi\u201d. Beige becomes a mineral \u201cgeode\u201d. Forget about off-white; here we are talking \u201cmascarpone\u201d.<\/p>\n

\nSuch nerdy, GIF-inspired hues plastered over garments appropriated from Lacoste\u2019s historical archive boldly display their contrasting elements and develop a sportswear-inflected chic infused with retro references.
\nStraight, unisex cuts applied to deliberately thick cotton produce shortsleeve polo shirts, buttoned tees, sweatshirts, shorts and bucket hats that articulate an innovative, stylish poise. Cut from wool cloth, the classic varsity jacket with extra embroidery takes on a couture slant, while matching jacket and sweatpants combos reinterpret jogging lore with pastel tones.<\/p>\n
