To commemorate 100 years since Prohibition, Piper-Heidsieck launches an international limited-edition bottle and gift box.<\/p>\n

National prohibition of alcohol commenced in the United States in 1920 and existed in some states until 1933 known as \u2018the noble experiment\u2019. \u200b<\/p>\n

Significant player at the time, the audacious Champagne House tackled Prohibition by shipping several hundreds of thousands of bottles of Piper-Heidsieck to the American speakeasies, via the French territory Saint Pierre and Miquelon, near the Southern shores of the Canada.\u200b<\/p>\n

To commemorate 100 years since Prohibition, Piper-Heidsieck launches an international limited-edition bottle, gift box and merchandising set of three wooden boxes as a nod to the bootlegging trade and reminiscent of the codes and practices during this time.\u200b<\/p>\n

\u200bThe bottle, which will be available to purchase in France, Italy, Belgium, UK, US, Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand, also celebrates Piper-Heidsieck\u2019s audacity which was exhibited during the 1920s and has remained a large part of the Maison\u2019s rich history.\u200b<\/p>\n
