No matter what the future holds, ABSOLUT says it wants to make it more sustainable.<\/p>\n


\nTheir next step is further reducing their impact. There\u2019s still some way to go, but with time, they think their bottles will help create future spirits worth sharing. So to support a more sustainable future, they are introducing a first-ever Absolut Paper Bottle prototype.<\/p>\n

GROWING IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION<\/strong>
\nBottles don\u2019t grow on trees. So the aim is to produce bottles from sustainably-sourced wood fibre. Think strong-and-sturdy paper, turning fresh pine into iconic containers.<\/p>\n

ABSOLUT are taking steps to minimize their impact. The prototypes are made of recyclable content, 57% paper and 43% plastic. This plastic makes up a thin layer within the bottle, which can be successfully recycled after use.<\/p>\n

And until the bottles make the grade being fully bio-based, they want everyone to do their positive part by thinking of carbon-negative ways to improve our planet.<\/p>\n
