The oldest liquid in the blend is 45 years old.<\/p>\n<p>Only 500 bottles are available via the Joy Spence Appleton Estate Retail Rum Experience in Jamaica and selected retailers from January 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Tasting notes include aromas of cinnamon and minty orange, leading to flavours of apple, vanilla, butterscotch, coffee and toasted oak on the palate. Molasses and spiced honey appear on the finish.<\/p>\n<p>Spence said: <em>\u201cForty years ago, I had the opportunity to channel my passion, talent and knowledge into a role at Appleton Estate.
