{"id":56469,"date":"2022-03-22T16:38:46","date_gmt":"2022-03-22T16:38:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.dutyfreehunter.com\/blog\/?p=56469"},"modified":"2022-03-22T16:38:46","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T16:38:46","slug":"teeling-irish-whiskey-debuts-duty-free-exclusive-single-cask-expression","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.dutyfreehunter.com\/blog\/teeling-irish-whiskey-debuts-duty-free-exclusive-single-cask-expression\/","title":{"rendered":"Teeling Irish Whiskey debuts duty-free exclusive single cask expression"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dublin-based Teeling Whiskey has teamed up with Aer Rianta International (ARI) to launch a limited edition single cask whiskey as part of a new series.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>ARI\u2019s Irish Whiskey Collection (IWC) travel retail outlet has collaborated with Teeling to create the IWC Brand Ambassador Selection single cask series.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first expression in the range was released coincide with St Patrick\u2019s Day, 17 March.<\/p>\n<p>It will be part of a line of limited edition single cask bottlings of Irish single malt to be released by Teeling this year.<\/p>\n<p>The travel retail-exclusive bottlings were hand selected by 25 members of the IWC brand ambassador team, who travelled to the Dublin distillery to blind taste a number of casks before voting for their favourites.<\/p>\n<p>The single cask that topped the votes was a 12-year-old single malt Irish whiskey that was finished for 12 months in white Port casks.
