Glenfiddich, the renowned Scotch Whisky owned by William Grant & Sons, will launch its limited-edition Grand Cru collaboration with Australian fashion designer Jordan Dalah into the travel retail market exclusively at the Heinemann Tax & Duty Free shops in Sydney International Airport.<\/p>\n

The collaboration\u2019s travel retail debut follows an Australia domestic launch in February to celebrate the new year.<\/p>\n

Launching into the travel retail market in April, Glenfiddich is partnering with Heinemann Australia, to offer the Jordan Dalah collaboration box set exclusively for travellers at Sydney Airport.<\/p>\n

Glenfiddich Grand Cru first teamed up with Australian fashion designer Jordan Dalah in April 2021 to celebrate his successful debut at Australia Fashion Week. Dalah is a force in fashion, known for his exaggerated shapes and strong silhouettes. His unique designs have been featured in international titles such as Vogue and Highsnobiety, and worn by names such as critically acclaimed singer songwriter Solange Knowles and Academy Award-nominated actress Saoirse Ronan.<\/p>\n

For this limited-edition box set, Dalah was appointed creative director for the brand and has reimagined Glenfiddich through his iconic, international style. He pays tribute to Grand Cru\u2019s moments of celebration with a campaign shot by world-renowned photographer Pierre Toussaint.<\/p>\n

Dalah\u2019s box set houses Glenfiddich Grand Cru in a luxurious soft-touch embossed shell that reflects the avant-garde quilting often found in Dalah\u2019s signature outfits. The graphic is an irregular, bold harlequin pattern taken through to the bottle and is Dalah\u2019s reinterpretation of Grand Cru’s iconic gold sparkle featured on the original packaging. The clothing label taken from Jordan\u2019s garments cleverly replaces a handle used to open the box.<\/p>\n

The Grand Cru expression brings a new and radical edge to a whisky praised for its art of experimentation, redefining moments of celebration and creating a new and extraordinary drinking experience. The new expression is an exclusive whisky that has been matured for 23 years and elegantly finished in rare French cuv\u00e9e oak. It features notes of sandalwood, brioche and pear sorbet.<\/p>\n

For travellers, it will be a first come, first served for the 23 bottles allocated to Heinemann Tax & Duty Free in Sydney International Airport, where it will be displayed in its own promotional space throughout April and into May (or while stocks last) and available for purchase at the Departure store. The limited-edition Grand Cru\u2019s recommended retail price (RRP) in duty-free is A$2,099. (Note: The activation will continue during May featuring the standard version of the Grand Cru bottle if the limited edition sells out.)<\/p>\n

To commemorate the limited-edition release\u2019s exclusive launch, Heinemann Australia will donate 10% of the proceeds to Australian charity Look Good Feel Better, a free national community service run by the Cancer Patients Foundation. Look Good Feel Better is dedicated to teaching cancer patients how to manage the appearance-related side-effects caused by treatment for any type of cancer, helping them face their diagnosis with confidence.<\/p>\n

The Glenfiddich x Jordan Dalah limited edition box pack contains a Grand Cru 23 Yr Old 70CL bottle 43.4% ABV, a pair of black tinted crystal coupette glasses housed in a special gift box featuring Jordan Dalah\u2019s bold red and white harlequin design, and a postcard featuring a print taken from the Glenfiddich x Jordan Dalah campaign, signed by Dalah.<\/p>\n
