K\u00e9rastase makes history as it opens a new retail store and its first-ever experiential pop up store at the cdf Haikou International Duty Free Shopping Complex in Hainan, under the L\u2019Oreal Travel Retail Asia Pacific group.<\/p>\n

Held from October 2022 to April 2023, the K\u00e9rastase experiential pop-up store takes customers on an engaging virtual and on-site pampering journey to discover the iconic Anti-Hairfall, Genesis range.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This strategic partnership with the China Duty Free Group\u2019s (CDFG) further elevates the customer experience, with engaging touchpoints and activations for brand discovery at both retail and pop-up spaces. To commemorate the opening of the Genesis Anti-Hairfall Pop Up Store, K\u00e9rastase hosted a celebration on 10th February 2023 with guest of honour Vin Zhang (\u5f20\u5f6c\u5f6c) at the cdf Haikou International Duty Free Shopping Complex in Hainan. The acclaimed actor who reflects the brand values of vigour, strength and stardom participated in a livestream session, experiencing the entire customer journey at the pop up store. On the stage event, Vin Zhang (\u5f20\u5f6c\u5f6c) shared his hair care routine with K\u00e9rastase and also interacted with fans through hair diagnosis and a fans\u2019 confession segment.<\/p>\n

Held from October 2022 to April 2023, the Genesis Anti-Hairfall Pop Up store highlights the iconic Genesis Anti-Hairfall Serum and invites customers to fully discover the range through an innovative augmented reality experience and an on-site pampering session. Guests can physically try the Genesis Anti-Hairfall Serum at the pop-up Store and are in for a treat as they can indulge in a scalp massage using the scalp massaging hairbrush. To further amplify the experience, a K\u00e9rastase hair stylist is also available onsite to instantly touch up guests\u2019 tresses. A beauty advisor also provides a comprehensive hair diagnosis with K\u00e9rascan, K\u00e9rastase\u2019s sophisticated hair diagnosis tool.<\/p>\n

Upon scanning the QR code on their mobile phone at the entrance of the Genesis Anti-Hairfall Pop Up Store, guests will be greeted by the virtual avatar of K\u00e9rastase brand ambassador Dylan Wang, who will guide them through the entire AR journey.<\/p>\n

Users can explore the interactive virtual space to discover the world of K\u00e9rastase, in particular the Genesis Anti-Hairfall Serum. They can also learn more about the key ingredients through an engaging game. After the completion of the entire AR journey, guests will be able to redeem a gift at the SMART K\u00e9rastase vending machine. Located a short walk away is the K\u00e9rastase boutique, which is also the brand\u2019s first-ever retail store. Here, customers can discover the French brand\u2019s comprehensive product assortment, suited for every hair type. Customers who want a more customised experience can also opt for the in-depth K\u00e9rascan scalp diagnosis conducted by an in-house beauty advisor.<\/p>\n
