Mythologized since Ancient Greece, Arcadie is a destination, an idealized scene, an idyllic vista of pleasure, embedded in nature.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Drawing inspiration from the life of American artist Margaret Keane, Meisel evokes her instantly-recognizable aesthetic universe to reshape that of the Miu Miu heroine. Likewise, Keane\u2019s own indomitable character, her freedom and her story are innately kindred to the unmistakable attitude of Miu Miu, encapsulated here in Gigi\u2019s gestures, moods and emotions. Fusing a modern lightness with the value of traditional leather-crafting, this hallmark Miu Miu material adds texture and depth to the bags. In this series of stylized yet intimate and direct portraits, Gigi&#8217;s simple gaze invites us into this world, partly imagined, partly real, yet wholly Miu Miu.<\/p>\n<blockquote
