Baldessarini will launch a new men’s fragrance from September 2015 called Baldessarini Ultimate.<\/p>\n
Baldessarini Ultimate is\u00a0aiming at a younger demographic with this new fragrance launch and have hired a new, fresh(er) faced model to appeal to the 35-55 age bracket of consumers. The accent is put on classical virility with the tag line: “Separates the men from the boys.”<\/p>\n
The advert reveals a man’s face considerably\u00a0younger than that of previous icon Charles Schumann (born in 1941), but is far from being polished and wrinkle-free. In fact, the campaign promotes the image of a man’s face burrowed by effort and intensity of purpose.<\/p>\n
The fragrance\u00a0was composed by perfumer Geza Sch\u00f6n who is well-known for his experimental inclinations and services to creative perfumery. It is said to offer a spicy metallic freshness sensation. The list of notes shows that the eau de toilette centres on a floral heart.<\/p>\n
Top:\u00a0Peruvian pepper, mandarin orange and bergamot<\/p>\n
Heart: Freesia, magnolia and jasmine<\/p>\n
Base: Labdanum, frankincense, amber and patchouli<\/p>\n
Baldessarini Ultimate is presented\u00a0in a large flacon made of heavy glass, as 50 and 90 ml Eau de Toilette, in a leather box with silver details. The collection includes a\u00a090ml after-shave lotion, 200ml shower gel and 75ml stick deodorant.<\/p>\n
Key travel retail markets at launch are Germany, Russia and the Middle East. Available from September.<\/p>\n
