Bottega Veneta, the Italian luxury fashion house famed for its signature intrecciato woven leather\u00a0accessories is introducing a new edition of its Knot fragrance – Knot Eau Florale.<\/p>\n

Knot Eau Florale “conjures the next chapter of the Mediterranean interlude, this time set in the villa\u2019s flower garden. Blossoming with fragrant roses and peonies, the garden is a private sanctuary that feels intensely alive, yet refined in its expression. A walk among the sun dappled garden paths, savoring the light, the air, and the verdant landscape \u2013 the moment may be fleeting but the memories it creates are eternal.”<\/p>\n

Knot Eau Florale is a delicate floral expression of the Knot fragrance and features amplified notes of Rose and Peony layered with the softness of musk. The Mediterranean soul of the scent continues to radiate through notes of mandarine, neroli and lavender, underscored by the earthiness of cedarwood and tonka beans. The combination of these rare materials is what gives Knot Eau Florale its unforgettable nature. \u201cI wanted the fragrance to capture an awakening of the senses though an escape to the garden,\u201d says Tomas Maier, Creative Director of Bottega Veneta.
\n\u201cIt is these quiet moments of respite that I believe are the ultimate luxury.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Knot Eau Florale bottle<\/strong> – inspired by Venetian glasswork and the traditional Italian carafe – mirrors the rounded curves and clean lines of the signature Knot flacon, now rendered in pale, frosted striated glass that lends the bottle a subtly hazy quality, like sunlight through mist. The cap, meanwhile, remains the bottle\u2019s most distinctive design element: a gold, knot-shaped closure that recalls the closure of Bottega Veneta\u2019s Knot clutch.<\/p>\n

The campaign<\/strong> – Keeping with Bottega Veneta\u2019s tradition of creative collaboration, Tomas Maier turned to American fine art photographer David Armstrong to capture the pure, soft and floral fragrance of Knot Eau Florale. The image, which features model Julia Nobis as for Knot, reflects the late photographer\u2019s intimate yet reserved approach to portraiture and captures a casual while still sophisticated style.<\/p>\n
