Walker\u2019s Shortbread is taking up residence at Dubai Airport this festive season with an immersive pop-up experience featuring a statue of the Burj Khalifa made of shortbread pieces.<\/p>\n

Between the 15th November to 30th November, travellers passing through Terminal 3 will be able to sample some of Walker\u2019s iconic Shortbread Fingers while browsing the brand\u2019s delicious Prestige Festive Range and Festive Shapes from the Global Travel Range (GTR) giving travellers the opportunity to give the gift of Walker\u2019s Shortbread this festive season.<\/p>\n

The pop-up experience marks Walker\u2019s third partnership with Dubai Duty Free, following the launch of the exclusive \u2018World of Walker\u2019s: Dubai Shortbread Highlanders\u2019 gift box at Dubai International Airport earlier this year and the launch of Walker\u2019s Global Travel Range at Dubai International Airport in 2022 with an immersive Scottish experience for shoppers.<\/p>\n

Travellers at Dubai Airport will also have the opportunity to enter a competition to win a hamper of Walker\u2019s festive products if they guess the correct number of pieces of shortbread in the statue.<\/p>\n

Walker\u2019s festive experience comes on the back of growing demand and momentum from the sector for the Scottish heritage brand, particularly within GTR, with Walker\u2019s products now sold in over 30 markets globally.<\/p>\n

Located at Concourse 3 at Dubai Airport, the Burj Khalifa structure – made of shortbread by food artist, Prudence Staite \u2013 follows a number of \u2018World of Walker’s\u2019 to immersive experiences at airports around the world \u2013 including a successful activation at Edinburgh Airport and Aberdeen Airport this summer, with a shortbread statue of Edinburgh Castle.<\/p>\n
