Running until 3rd January, the unmissable 20sq m Contentainment space in Avolta’s World Duty Free store at Heathrow T5 invites travellers to take a festive photo in the snow globe and sample Champagne PIAFF’s Brut and Rosé cuvées. Luke Maga, Managing Director, Global Travel Retail at Loch Lomond Group, commented: “Ahead of the busy festive travel and gifting season, this vibrant Champagne PIAFF activation adds excitement and differentiation to the retail offer at the UK’s busiest airport terminal. Since launching in travel retail just over two months ago, Champagne PIAFF has delivered impressive results and is proving to be a key brand in Loch Lomond’s portfolio, giving retailers an opportunity to capitalise on a growing subcategory in Wines & Spirits.”

Laura Head, Business Development Director at Champagne PIAFF, added: “After a run of eye-catching activations to mark Champagne PIAFF’s launch into travel retail, we’re thrilled to see the festive showstopper come to life in T5 this December. Champagne PIAFF’s goal is to ‘Make Life Pop’ and we’re certain the snow globe animation will help travellers create some fun memories.”

Aisha Dad, Category Manager for Liquor in the UK at Avolta, said: “A consistent focus for our business is to deliver engaging and unique experiences in our stores for our customers, and this exciting snow globe installation does just that. The striking and interactive installation in our World Duty Free store in Terminal 5 really brings this strong brand to life in a show stopping way and helps raise customers’ awareness of this great quality champagne.”

The first new Champagne house to emerge in 50 years, Champagne PIAFF is positioned at the intersection of a centuries-old, tradition-rich category and a new generation of consumers with evolving expectations of luxury and less rigid approaches to consumption.

Produced in the heart of Épernay, it is elegant yet playful and with the skill and expertise passed down through five generations, Head Wine Maker Maxime Mansard brings a refreshing style.

With the name PIAFF originating from a dressage move, it’s no wonder the brand is at the forefront of some of the world’s most exciting and dynamic equestrian events, including sponsorship of the Longines Global Champions Tour.
