Travel retail-exclusive Glenglassaugh 44 Years Old celebrates the 40th anniversary of Dubai Duty Free.<\/p>\n


\nThe single cask expression debuted at the end of December, with only 274 bottles available. It is bottled at 45.6% ABV and priced at US$6,600 (AED 23,760).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The whisky is part of the brand\u2019s Serpentine Coastal Cask Collection and was exclusively matured in a Pedro Xim\u00e9nez Sherry hogshead.<\/p>\n

The whisky boasts salted caramel, blood orange, and blueberry pastille on the nose, with cherry, almond, and mandarin orange balsamic on the palate. Pink grapefruit, star anise, and nori highlight the finish.<\/p>\n
