Lowland distillery Auchentoshan has released its oldest expression: a 24 Year Old bottling that celebrates the distillery\u2019s second centenary (1823-2023) and looks ahead to a bright future for the vibrant single malt.<\/p>\n

Within global travel retail, Auchentoshan 24 Years Old is available exclusively at Taiwan duty free stores, in partnership with Ever Rich Duty Free. The retailer has been allocated 774 bottles. The RRSP is US$270.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Never a distillery to dwell in the past, Auchentoshan is focused on what lies ahead and the belief that life is best enjoyed with others. The distillery\u2019s famously versatile portfolio incorporates premium whiskies that are accessible, playful and perfect for sharing.<\/p>\n

Auchentoshan is a rarity in Scotland, using triple distillation to produce a fresh and fruity spirit that develops in the cask to become a smooth and easy-drinking whisky celebrated around the world. The new 24 year old bottling is the perfect balance of distillery character and cask expression, showcasing the inimitable Auchentoshan style through a rare lens of extended maturation that is brimming with fruit, soft spice and oak.<\/p>\n

Created through a marriage of American bourbon and European oak sherry casks to give a distinctly full flavour profile, this whisky has ripe notes of gooseberry and juicy green grapes that give way to chocolate-covered almonds, moist raisins and warm honey, perfectly balancing the vibrancy of younger Auchentoshan with the depth and complexity of over two decades spent resting in cask.<\/p>\n
