Mo\u00ebt Hennessy Travel Retail presented its exceptional portfolio at the 12th edition of the Masters of Wines and Spirits, held in collaboration with DFS Group, the luxury travel retailer. This year’s event, themed \u2018Ignite Your Senses\u2019 and featuring an extraordinary array of rare, luxurious, and exclusive wines and spirits, spanned multiple locations with prominent displays at DFS Macau, City of Dreams, until the end of July 2024 and DFS Los Angeles International Airport, until the end of June 2024.<\/p>\n


\nMo\u00ebt Hennessy\u2019s participation in DFS\u2019 Masters of Wines and Spirits was marked by a display of a stunning array of products, including their Maison\u2019s cognacs, whiskies, wines, and champagnes. The collection included the limited edition Veuve Clicquot La Grande Dame Paola Paronetto; the rare cellar release, Dom P\u00e9rignon Pl\u00e9nitude 2 Ros\u00e9 2000; the new Hennessy Paradis 35cl cognac; the limited edition Scotch single malt whisky, Ardbeg Smoketrails C\u00f4te R\u00f4tie Edition; and the travel retail exclusive Glenmorangie Pommard Cask Finish 25-Year-Old.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A standout feature of Mo\u00ebt Hennessy\u2019s showcase was the Glenmorangie activation, which captivated attendees with its dynamic, contemporary bar setup in Glenmorangie\u2019s signature orange. Noteworthy whiskies showcased at the activation were the Glenmorangie Single Cask #28910 18-Year-Old, a DFS exclusive selected from one of the finest barrels at the Maison, and the Glenmorangie Pommard Cask Finish 25-Year-Old, limited to 1,000 bottles globally. Other highlights were the Glenmorangie Tale of Tokyo, inspired by Japanese culture and featuring casks from Mizunara oak with packaging by Japanese contemporary artist Akira Yamaguchi; and the Glenmorangie Barrel Select Calvados Edition, aged in ex-Bourbon and Calvados casks, offering a gently fruity and floral taste. The Glenmorangie activation remained open during the gala, allowing guests to sample select products and enjoy an immersive experience.<\/p>\n

Complementing the in-store exhibition was a Glenmorangie pop-up at DFS Macau, Four Seasons. This installation featured an interpretation of Glenmorangie\u2019s famous pot stills, which are the height of giraffes, and showcased products such as the Glenmorangie Signet and travel retail exclusives such as the 12-Year-Old Accord, 14-Year-Old Elementa, and 16-Year-Old Tribute.\u00a0Visitors could also indulge in a vaporiser experience to nose the aromas before tasting. These aromas included coffee for Signet, orange and lemon for the fresh and vibrant travel retail range, and mint for the Glenmorangie 19-Year-Old. Additionally, various gifts with purchases, such as whisky stones and Glenmorangie 14-Year-Old 10cl bottles, as well as special pricing on select items, enhanced the overall experience.<\/p>\n

Mo\u00ebt Hennessy also hosted an exclusive Ao Yun masterclass during the Masters of Wines and Spirits gala event, where guests sampled the Ao Yun Grand Cru, Adong, and Xidang wines. Produced in the foothills of the Himalayas, these wines benefit from a unique combination of cool climate, high altitude, and mineral-rich soils. The masterclass provided an in-depth exploration of these remarkable wines, highlighting their distinct characteristics and provenance.<\/p>\n
