L’OCCITANE Travel Retail announced the launch of the Sol de Janeiro \u201cUnleash Your Summer Self!\u201d vibrant 360\u00b0 animation at Unifree Duty Free store at Istanbul Airport. The immersive pop-up promotion, created in collaboration with Gebr. Heinemann and Unifree Duty Free, is showcased in the Cobra space of the F6 departure hall and will run throughout July and August.<\/p>\n


\nThe powerful and arresting promotion forms part of a dynamic three-month long global summer campaign for the brand which will transform airport spaces with colourful and disruptive pop-ups, drawing travellers into a world of summer fun. The tour promises an unforgettable summer experience with immersive, sun-kissed 360\u00b0 activations and vibrant in-store animations at 105 airports worldwide.<\/p>\n

At Unifree Duty Free stores at Istanbul Airport the promotion includes spectacular digital arches, giant lightboxes and 150 digital screens creating an eye-catching and engaging environment for travellers. Complementing the in-airport activities, is the launch of a significant social media campaign across Instagram and Facebook using hyper-local geo-targeting to reach travellers in the pre-trip phase. These personalised and multilingual brand campaigns will amplify the campaign\u2019s message, urging customers to feel the joy, embrace connection, self-confidence, and the liberating spirit of summer.<\/p>\n

To further elevate the showstopper retail experience and promote consumer engagement, customers will be offered complimentary cool and colourful ‘wish’ bracelets with inspiring and fun slogans together with cheerful stickers to decorate their \u2018funky jar\u2019 product purchases. The promotion will also include innovative gift lockers called, \u2018lockers of luck.\u2019 Customers making purchases will receive a key to a locker where they will find a gift of a must-have, bright pink summer beach bag. To add to the fun, brand ambassadors on roller skates and wearing bright yellow tee shirts will greet and guide shoppers at the activation. On Fridays, there will even be a fabulous DJ show with lively music to get travellers in the holiday mood and have them dancing on the stand. There will be the added thrill of a cart offering travellers complimentary, delicious candyfloss coloured bright yellow in line with the brand\u2019s joyous colour palette.<\/p>\n

Travellers at Istanbul Airport will have the opportunity to experience Sol de Janeiro’s best-selling and irresistible bodycare ranges at Unifree Duty Free Stores.
