The Dalmore Portfolio Series pairs specially commissioned works of art with masterpieces of whisky making. The Dalmore worked with V&A Dundee, Scotland\u2019s design museum, to find partners who could produce masterpieces of design tailored to accompany an amazing trio of whiskies.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with V&A Dundee and artist Fraser Gray<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first of their partners, Fraser Gray, was influenced by the buildings of The Dalmore\u2019s distillery and the distinctive shapes of our stills. He took the outlines of these shapes and incorporated bold colours \u2013 a personal response to the flavours discovered whilst tasting alongside the whisky makers. The result is a striking abstract depiction of the sensory experience of enjoying these whiskies, and of the unique place where they were created.\u200b<\/p>\n

Bourdeaux Wine Cask Finish<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finished in casks from one of the oldest and most prestigious wine estates in Bordeaux. Its unique terroir of gravelly soil contributes to the wines\u2019 complexity and elegance.<\/p>\n

Lemon drizzle cake, Manuka honey, grape pulp, and Golden Delicious apple<\/p>\n

Chateauneuf-Du-Pape Wine Cask Finish<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finished in casks from vineyards on the stony soils of Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape.<\/p>\n

Pink grapefruit, ginger and vanilla, with hints of marmalade, toffee apple, and raisins<\/p>\n

Crushed almonds, sweet sultanas, fresh ginger, and soft liquorice<\/p>\n

Select Bordeaux Cabernet Sauvignon <\/strong>Cask Finish<\/strong><\/p>\n

Finished in casks from one of the world\u2019s most iconic estates. Classified as a Premier Cru Class\u00e9, this honour is reserved for only the finest estates in the Bordeaux region.<\/p>\n

Dark forest fruits, Seville oranges, liquorice and cedar wood<\/p>\n

Blackcurrant, baked apples, demerara sugar, intertwined with warm dark cacao<\/p>\n
