Following on from the Revival and Renaissance series of Single Malt Irish whiskeys, Teeling has announced the Rising Reserve Series 2 of 21 year old single malts.<\/p>\n

Composed of hand selected casks of their finest reserves of single malt whiskeys this series will explore the very best that Teeling & Irish whiskey has to offer.<\/p>\n

Rising Reserve Series 2 is a 21 Year Old Single Malt that is aged initially in bourbon casks before undergoing a second period of maturation in high quality Italian Marsala wine casks. This exclusive release is limited to only 6000 bottles and proudly bottled at 46% abv with no chill filtration.<\/p>\n

Tasting Notes:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nose: Vanilla Sweetness, Rich Spiced Fruits, Hint of sweet seville oranges<\/p>\n

Taste: Creamy, warming mouthfeel with bursts of brown sugar, followed by oak tannis and cinnamon spice<\/p>\n

Finish: Long warming finish with honeysuckle, rich demerara sugar, citrus & spice<\/p>\n
