TUMI has announced a collaboration with car makers MINI to create an exclusive licensed premium line of travel bags and accessories customised to complement the look and feel of this automotive brand.

TUMI’s lifestyle travel product is becoming more than “just a bag” that transports personal belongings; it’s becoming an expansion of the journey. The exclusive capsule collection invokes curiosity, while merging innovation and functionality with a cheeky sense of adventure.

This bold new collection of seven travel and two accessory silhouettes merges vibrant color accents with TUMI’s signature texture and technical innovation.

Designed in America for Global Citizens who favor the road less traveled, MINI by TUMI is engineered by using propriety FXT® ballistic nylon. Each style features a secondary bag for two-in-one versatility while TUMI’s colourful MINI by TUMI accent kits offer striking personalisation options for a truly custom-made look.

The styles within the collection utilise the colours and prints signature to MINI: Black/Volcanic Orange racing stripe and Black/Deep Blue Union Jack flag; the lining of every bag is embossed with the MINI grill pattern.

“Driven by travel and adventure, the collection is rooted in innovation, iconic design and functionality,” stated TUMI Chief Executive Officer and President, Jerome Griffith. He continued, “Bags and cars are natural extensions of the people who use them; they are expressions of personality and individuality.”

The collection is available globally in TUMI collection stores in domestic markets, travel retail and also online at www.TUMI.com
