This magnificent creation has been crafted by trusted partner and former pastry chef at l\u2019\u00c9cole Valrhona, Baptiste Moreau, with the guidance of l\u2019\u00c9cole Valrhona Paris teams and executive chef Thierry Bridron. This breath-taking piece pays homage to Notre-Dame\u2019s grand reopening and highlights Valrhona\u2019s legacy of fine chocolate making and commitment to cultural celebration.<\/p>\n
