Ballantine\u2019s Glenburgie Single Malt 12 Year Old, 15 Year Old and 18 Year Old have undergone a packaging refresh to echo and honour the craftsmanship and superior flavour characteristics that come from this treasured Speyside distillery.<\/p>\n

Ballantine\u2019s, the world\u2019s second most popular Scotch whisky*, has unveiled a bold new look for its trio of Glenburgie Single Malts, aged 12 Years, 15 Years and 18 Years Old. The revamped look celebrates the flavour notes of each expression, and the investment of time and craftmanship that goes into every drop of Scotch from the historic Glenburgie Distillery – one of the oldest distilling sites in Speyside and Ballantine\u2019s spiritual home.<\/p>\n

Appearing as a collection on-shelf domestically from September 2024, the 15 and 18 Year Old expressions are currently enjoying a GTR showcase at Terminals 1 and 2 of Incheon Airport, South Korea, supported by Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail and three top retailers from the region: Shilla Duty Free, Shinsegae Duty Free and the Gyeongbokgung Duty Free Shop. Travellers passing through Narita International Airport in Japan will also encounter the Glenburgie 15 Year Old as part of an early exclusive activation by JATCO, alongside other favourites from the Ballantine\u2019s range.<\/p>\n

The contemporary redesign includes a new bottle label that speaks to the craft that goes into each individual single malt, alongside prominent mention of the Glenburgie distillery. Another new addition is the \u2018SM\u2019 signifier, further differentiating Ballantine Single Malts from the Blends range, which appears on the top of the bottle capsule, bottle label, top of carton and across all last three feet retail spaces.<\/p>\n

The design evolution has also been applied to the presentation box with the now square packaging artistically teasing the flavour notes of the outstandingly smooth and flavourful whisky housed within. Dressed in sophisticated blue hues, and finished with gold details, the shade darkens as the maturation time of each expression increases.<\/p>\n

This elegant new look elevates the Ballantine\u2019s Glenburgie Single Malts collection within the prestige Scotch whisky category and coincides with a new wave of activity chiming with the brand\u2019s longstanding ethos of \u2018Time Well Spent\u2019, highlighting the importance of making time to create moments that matter. Inside the bottle, however, the award-winning liquid remains reassuringly unchanged. Crafted by respected Ballantine\u2019s Master Blender, Sandy Hyslop, the 12 Year Old, 15 Year Old and 18 Year Old continue to offer varying flavour profiles of powerful fruit and sweet layers.<\/p>\n
