Following the continued success of Molton Brown\u2019s complimentary fragrance engraving service, the T5 space now incorporates a bespoke gifting wall. Highlights include a carefully curated ribbon station, which allows shoppers to further personalise their gift purchases with matching decorative ribbon colours.<\/p>\n

The revamped gifting experience incorporates a three-touchpoint journey designed to boost engagement and brand affinity. This begins with an expert fragrance consultation, to help customers discover the perfect gift (or self-gifting) scent. Next, a name or special message can be engraved directly onto the fragrance bottle, enhancing its emotional value. Finally, each gift is carefully boxed and tied with a decorative bow using the customer\u2019s chosen ribbon.<\/p>\n

To provide further gifting inspiration, a newly installed digital screen showcases Molton Brown\u2019s latest creative campaigns.
