Iconic German chocolate specialist Ritter Sport has partnered with Eurotrade and Munich Airport to launch an engaging new travel retail activation and HPP at Munich Airport: the Don Choco Jeeves snackbot, inviting travellers to \u201cStart Your Love Affair with the Square.\u201d<\/p>\n


\nBringing Ritter Sport\u2019s global brand to life in the airport environment, the promotion features Ritter Sport\u2019s beloved mascot Don Choco the sloth, who greets passengers at the vibrant Eurotrade duty free store. Travellers are encouraged to sample Ritter Sport\u2019s delicious chocolate squares, take selfies in front of a giant Ritter Sport bar and discover the brand\u2019s Travel Retail Editions: the Pink Pouch and Pink Mini Tower.<\/p>\n

For the first time, Ritter Sport has worked together with Munich Airport and robotics company, Jeeves, to bring to life a charming snackbot dressed in Don Choco style. Jeeves surprises passengers at departure gates with complimentary samples of Ritter Sport\u2019s signature colourful squares.<\/p>\n

This playful collaboration between Ritter Sport, Eurotrade, Munich Airport, Jeeves and UCastMe \u2014 the promoter agency supporting the promotion \u2014 aims to spread \u201cexcitement, colour, joy, and a touch of chocolatey happiness\u201d<\/em> to travellers from around the world, says Nicole Miltenberger, Ritter Sport\u2019s Trade Marketing Manager for Global Travel Retail (GTR).<\/p>\n

\u201cThe spotlight of this promotion puts our \u2018Start Your Love Affair with the Square\u2019 campaign right at the heart of the airport,\u201d<\/em> Miltenberger explains. \u201cWe\u2019re always looking for creative ways to engage travellers \u2014 and with a little help from Jeeves, we\u2019re delivering service with <\/em>colour, fun, and flavour both on the concourse and in-store.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The activation highlights Ritter Sport\u2019s key travel retail products for 2025, the TR Editions Pink Pouch and Pink Mini Tower, featuring a mix of five delicious flavours: Salted Caramel, Strawberry Creme, Alpine Milk, Cornflakes, and Butter Biscuit.<\/p>\n

The Don Choco Jeeves snackbot promotion is live at Munich Airport throughout November and December 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n
