Brisbane Airport is now home to a 4 Pines Brewery and the Never Never gin distillery, complete with an 800-capacity venue, beer garden, gastropub dining, and multiple event and function spaces.<\/p>\n

Landers Pocket has officially opened its doors, part of an expanded 16-hectare entertainment hub at Brisbane Airport\u2019s Skygate precinct, which is easily accessible via a free bus from the Domestic and International Terminals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Once fully completed, Landers Pocket will also feature padel courts, Kick-n-Catch play zone, a 3,000-person amphitheatre for live music and major events, plus a 1,000-person lawn set to host festivals, market pop-ups and family-friendly activations.<\/p>\n

The existing state-of-the-art golf driving range at Golf Central has also doubled in size and include ball tracking in every bay.<\/p>\n

Landers Pocket\u2019s namesake is a nod to Brisbane Airport\u2019s history, the market garden that occupied part of the airport site a century ago.<\/p>\n

James Cooper, Managing Director at Landers Pocket said the precinct was four times the size of Howard Smith Wharves and would provide a distinctive consumer experience for thousands of visitors and travellers each week.<\/p>\n

Todd Atkinson, General Manager at 4 Pines Brewing Co. said the brewery would pour 32 draught taps, including the beloved 4 Pines Brewing Co. core range, as well as two rotating taps of \u2018here today, never to be seen again\u2019 bespoke Brisbane limited-release beers brewed onsite.<\/p>\n

Scott Norris, Executive General Manager Commercial at Brisbane Airport said the new hub would cater to both Brisbane locals and travellers.<\/p>\n

Brisbane Airport is currently celebrating its 100th birthday, and is undergoing a $5 billion Future BNE transformation across the precinct in the next five years.<\/p>\n
