Building on its successful international debut, Diageo India\u2019s award-winning artisanal single malt brand, Godawan, expands its exclusive travel retail variant, Godawan Triple Cask, to Mumbai and Delhi duty-free. This expression was crafted exclusively for the travel retail market and is available now in Mumbai and Delhi, alongside Dubai and Bangalore Duty-Free.<\/p>\n

Launched in 2022, Godawan is rooted in three core pillars: craftsmanship, mindful luxury, and conscious consumption and has five expressions \u2013 Godawan 01, Godawan 02, Limited Edition Godawan 100, Limited Edition Godawan Single Malt Exclusive to the Palaces of Taj, Godawan Triple Cask Travel Exclusive and the recently launched Limited-Edition Godawan 173. The brand has become one of India\u2019s most awarded single malts in recent times, with over 100+ international awards to its name, celebrated for its craft, innovation, and terroir-led identity. Most recently, at the International Taste Institute\u2019s Superior Taste Awards 2026, Godawan 01, Godawan 02, and Godawan 173 were each awarded Triple Gold, the highest distinction by the institute. Named after the critically endangered Great Indian Bustard, Godawan also champions conservation, with each bottle contributing to habitat preservation in Rajasthan.<\/p>\n

Crafted at the Alwar distillery in Rajasthan, the Triple Cask Travel Exclusive expression draws inspiration from the region\u2019s intricate jaali woodwork, a symbol of finesse and artistry. The whisky is matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in a rare combination of PX sherry, virgin oak, and cherry wood casks. Bottled at 46% ABV in a 700ml format, the result is a golden-brown liquid with floral and fruity aromas, a sweet, textured palate, and a light, balanced wood finish. Priced at approximately INR 5,500, it is a refined travel companion, ideal for gifting or celebrating personal milestones on the move.<\/p>\n
