The Barcelona-based fashion brand adds a new muse to its line-up. Having collaborated with names from music and the screen, including its ambassador Ester Expósito and Nicki Nicole, Desigual has now appointed Swedish singer Zara Larsson as the face of its campaign for next summer.

Under the tagline “Life’s a Beach”, the campaign presents summer as a way of life and links the brand’s creative universe with the artist’s high-energy aesthetic. Zara Larsson, who shot to international fame in 2015 with the release of her hit ‘Lush Life,’ was recently nominated at the 2026 Grammy Awards in the Best Dance Pop Song category for ‘Midnight Sun,’ consolidating her position on the global music scene.

Drawing on a marine aesthetic, the collection reinterprets Desigual’s signature codes with a focus on colour, fitted silhouettes and artisanal details. The colour palette spans saturated pinks and deep blues, expressed through fluid floral prints and abstract motifs, while other pieces put texture centre stage, such as crochet garments with mirror details. Y2K references surface in crop tops, micro‑skirts, and asymmetric cuts, underscoring the intention to convey energy, optimism, and self-expression.

The collection is now available in selected stores and on Desigual’s online platform, with prices ranging from €19.95 for a printed cotton T‑shirt to €169 for a denim or crochet sarong. The offer also includes short sarongs, printed dresses, two dresses designed by Christian Lacroix, and denim shorts, as well as various bag styles and a swimwear range comprising a bikini and a swimsuit.
